Job Description
Director of Agents
Albert Invent
• Identify and prioritize agent opportunities across the business through structured discovery. • Conduct interviews with ICs and managers to surface pain points, map workflows, and determine whether the right solution is an agent, a process improvement, or a systems fix. • Own the agents team’s opportunity backlog. • Sequence work against business impact, maintain clear priorities, and bring rigor to how work gets scoped and initiated. • Identify business process improvement opportunities through ongoing stakeholder engagement. • Partner with the systems team to surface data and process gaps that block agent readiness. • Build production-grade agentic workflows, prompts, and skills. • Apply structured problem-solving across a high-volume workload; maintain sequencing, visibility, and accountability on all active work without losing precision on individual deliverables. • Operate with confident executive presence across the full range of stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a technical, operational, or solutions role.
- Demonstrated ability to write production-grade prompts, skills, and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with MCP integration, tool calling, and LLM-based systems.
- Strong business acumen — ability to read a pipeline, understand where value is being lost, and connect agent investments to efficiency and revenue outcomes.
- Experience conducting structured discovery interviews with ICs and executives to surface pain points, map workflows, and prioritize solutions.
- Highly structured thinker with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large, concurrent workload without losing precision or accountability.
- Background in RevOps, Sales Operations, Product Management, business process improvement, or commercial systems preferred.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, not just delivery — including training, enablement, and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at every level from IC to C-suite.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
