• Lead the Frontend Platform team, owning the health, delivery, and direction of shared frontend infrastructure and data/reporting systems • Contribute technically: code reviews, pairing, architectural input, and jumping in on critical work when needed • Own and evolve Wrapbook's shared component system (design system, data grids, reporting frameworks, shared UI infrastructure) • Partner with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap • Set a high bar for frontend quality, performance, and developer experience across the org • Grow the team through coaching, hiring, and creating an environment where engineers do their best work • Drive technical design reviews and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering management experience, with a strong individual contributor background
- Proven comfort in a player/coach model — you can lead and ship
- Deep frontend expertise: StimulusJS, Hotwire, component systems, and modern frontend tooling
- Experience building or owning shared component libraries or design systems
- Familiarity with data/reporting systems and the patterns that make them scalable
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work well with product, design, and platform peers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
