Job Description Summary The Web and Mobile App Development Manager will guide the technical development of Pathways.org’s web and mobile applications. This full-stack web and mobile app developer role will both manage and write code for our web and mobile applications, work to maintain and extend the functionality of our web and mobile applications, as well as work on a variety of other technology projects such as EMR API integrations, AI features, and LMS offerings. This role requires an intimate understanding of what it takes to deliver and manage high-quality code in a complex, fast-paced environment. The role will work closely with various members of the Pathways.org team, marketing, designers, and stakeholders to optimize the reach and digital presence of Pathways.org’s products and information on children’s development. Job Description The Web and Mobile App Development Manager will: - Analyze key metrics and performance data to measure the success of web and mobile app initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. - Write and manage code and coding projects for both Web and Mobile Apps, overseeing external and internal developers - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. - Develop, manage, and update our digital analytics strategy - Review web and app database using SQL, identifying KPIs and other metrics, for impactful insights on how these channels are contributing to the Pathways.org Mission. - Oversee Digital Marketing Analyst collect, filter, and process statistical data derived from our marketing efforts and translate it into actionable insights - Keep track of our marketing initiatives and compile reports on KPIs, such as conversion rates, site traffic growth, and customer satisfaction rates - Spot crucial growth opportunities and identify areas in which our analytics capacities are lacking - Gauge the effectiveness of our current analytics tools and solutions, pinpointing improvement areas, and suggest alternatives - Analyze target market segments and traffic trends for optimization and content opportunities - Drive user engagement, optimize customer experiences, and increase conversion rates - Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel A/B tests to improve conversion - Manage implementation of SEO initiatives (manage agency partnerships, work with internal creative teams to optimize website, track rankings and performance, etc.) - Code new features and perform ongoing maintenance on both our mobile app and web app Pathways.org is seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help create and optimize content. Role Description The Applications Analyst II, IT Revenue Cycle (Patient Access) is a primary resource for systems administration, configuration, deployment and support for revenue cycle information systems specific to Scheduling and Registration Oracle Cerner solutions. This role leads revenue cycle information system projects and works with revenue cycle operations and clinical applications to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for revenue cycle applications. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Will consider work experience in lieu of traditional educational requirements. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in applications analysis, software development, or related IT roles, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cerner Millennium revenue cycle solutions in a technical capacity (now Oracle Health). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems, identify issues, and propose effective communications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Ability and willingness to learn new tools and Healthcare Information Systems. - Intermediate knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, Patient Access, Charge Services, Patient Accounting). - Intermediate knowledge of Cerner Command Language (CCL). - Intermediate knowledge of industry standards that relate to Patient Access, Charge Services, and/or Patient Accounting. - Intermediate knowledge of registration and scheduling workflows, processes and front-end applications (RevenueCycle.exe). - Intermediate knowledge of configuration applications such as RevenueCycleMaintenance.exe, Schtools.exe, HNAUser.exe, Bedrock.exe, and Olympus.
