• Aktywne budowanie nowego pipeline’u klientów. • Sprzedaż usług IT dla różnych branż, m.in. e-commerce, fintech czy medtech. • Prowadzenie pełnego cyklu sprzedaży (strategia → prospecting → negocjacje → closing). • Budowanie długoterminowych relacji. • Współtworzenie oferty, modeli komercyjnych i strategii wejścia na nowe rynki. • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami technicznymi i delivery. • Reprezentowanie Centurii na eventach i spotkaniach branżowych.
Job Requirements
- Masz min. 4-letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży kompleksowych usług IT , np. rozwiązań chmurowych, hostingowych czy serwerowych.
- Znasz język angielski na poziomie min. B2, co pozwala Ci swobodnie komunikować się z klientami (w mowie i piśmie).
- Samodzielnie pozyskujesz leady z wykorzystaniem różnych narzędzi i kanałów. To Ty odpowiadasz za ten proces w całości.
- Zarządzasz pełnym cyklem sprzedaży, od pierwszego kontaktu po podpisanie umowy.
- Budujesz relacje i prowadzisz komunikację przy długich cyklach sprzedaży, trwających kilka miesięcy.
- Potrafisz rozmawiać z działami IT, aby dopasować usługi do ich realnych potrzeb, a także z innymi osobami decyzyjnymi (np. kadra C-level, zespoły zakupowe czy operacyjne).
- Bierzesz ownership za powierzone zadania i konsekwentnie domykasz tematy.
