• Understanding a client's technical environment and guiding them through integration and onboarding • Taking ownership of pre-sales technical work to run product discovery • Building proof-of-concept integrations to enhance client confidence • Working closely with the sales team on active deals during the pre-close and onboarding phase
• Shape the best approach and proposed use of the NEC Housing platform, which will differ for each client, based on their business requirements and wider process / organisation architecture • Plan and manage demonstrations of the NEC Housing platform to prospects and current clients, who are looking to expand or change the way they work, ensuring you understand what they want to achieve and can illustrate this in the best possible way. • Liaise with the sales team to ensure good understanding of the client and provide pre and post demonstration engagement. • Assist with the production of bid responses, working with colleagues across the NEC business as required to ensure an accurate and professional response. • Keep abreast of changes in NEC Housing including new functionality, technical and pre-requisite considerations through research and self-sufficient training. • Configure and maintain a demonstration version of the NEC Housing platform, in line with the latest features and required business outcomes. • Research and understand the client organisation, the engaging audience to ensure sessions are relevant and appropriate. • Act as a subject matter expert for platform queries from our sales colleagues. • Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients or other relevant sources.
• Own discovery, RFP/RFI responses, solution design, product demos, and proof-of-value engagements from start to finish. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused narratives tailored for both technical audiences and C-suite stakeholders. • Develop trusted partnerships with engineering teams, IT leaders, and executive decision-makers across customer organizations. • Architect customized approaches that directly address each customer's unique security and compliance challenges. • Partner closely with Product, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and an outstanding customer experience. • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep Thales’s solutions positioned at the cutting edge.
