Role Description Corpay is currently looking to hire an Airline Sourcing Specialist within our Lodging division. This position is located in EMEA. In this role, you will support the global sourcing team with property reviews, market RFPs, and various sourcing activities for airline clients. You will report directly to the Sourcing Manager and regularly collaborate with the global sourcing and vendor management teams. As an Airline Sourcing Specialist, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: - Assigned workspace in remote - Company-issued equipment with remote access - Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities - Evaluating and learning to negotiate RFP terms and rates for crew and distressed passenger accommodations - Monitoring markets for price changes and escalating risks and opportunities - Becoming a hotel market expert in assigned regions - Developing pricing comparatives and performing analysis for final recommendations - Composing market intelligence reports for smaller cities - Identifying savings and revenue opportunities - Communicating effectively with hotels and transportation vendors - Correctly vetting hotels and transport vendors to meet criteria - Preparing, delivering, and presenting all required deliverables - Building strong relationships with hotel and transportation vendors - Traveling for site and market inspections as assigned - Completing additional tasks as assigned Qualifications - Fluent in English; Native language - Knowledge of the Aviation and Hospitality industries preferred - Strong people skills and a customer-focused approach - Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills - Strong negotiation skills preferred - Financial acumen and high attention to detail - High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to learn new platforms and tools
