As the Sales Operations Systems Specialist, you will be the tactical engine behind our Sales Department. While others focus on the "what," you will focus on the "how"—ensuring our systems, queues, and workflows are optimized for speed and efficiency. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator for our sales technology stack, manage workforce capacity, and ensure that every lead is routed effectively to drive revenue growth. In this role you will: Own CRM & Tech Stack Administration Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and the broader sales tech stack Manage requests for user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and system integrity. Troubleshoot system errors and field support tickets from the sales floor to resolve technical blockers immediately. Drive Workforce & Queue Management Queue Management: Administer, monitor, and optimize lead routing logic (Round Robin, territory assignment) to ensure leads are distributed fairly and instantly to the right representatives. Workforce Management: Partner with Sales Leadership to align staffing levels with lead volume forecasts. Manage rep availability, SLA adherence, and capacity planning within the system. Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor live queues and rep activity to identify bottlenecks and make real-time adjustments to maximize coverage. Lead Technology Implementation & Process Optimization Tech Implementation: Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new sales technologies that increase rep productivity. Tech Enhancements: Partner with Sales Leadership and Product to draft detailed requirements for the Product Team to implement, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution. Compensation Support: Assist in tracking data points required for monthly incentive and commission calculations. Role Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or System Administration. CRM Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce is required (Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred). Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to be a key contributor in the robust development and lifecycle maintenance of our next-generation Lidar sensor products. This role requires the practical application of detailed systems engineering processes to ensure that design and implementation adhere to stringent automotive standards. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining work products for ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) compliance, ensuring requirements traceability and robust analysis. This position requires experience in sensor technology, the use of systems engineering tools and a strong background in automotive systems standards. What you’ll do: Maintain the product technical requirements and detailed system design documentation using a formal management tool. Perform detailed architectural decomposition and derive clear, verifiable component-level requirements. Utilize system modeling to conduct technical trade-off studies, perform design analysis, and validate architectural decisions. Implement and document the Functional Safety Concept (ISO 26262) and the Cybersecurity Concept (ISO/SAE 21434), including necessary safety/security analyses (FMEA, FTA, TARA, etc.) Act as the technical systems liaison, ensuring requirements traceability, verification planning, and interface consistency across disciplines. • Troubleshooting Beaker/LIS incidents • Analyzing workflows • Monitoring and resolving interface errors • Performing low to moderate complexity system build and configuration to ensure reliable and efficient application performance • Participating in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, building, testing, implementing, quality assurance evaluation and modification of automated systems • Collaborating with system users and other IT professionals to evaluate, plan, design, implement, and provide ongoing optimization and preventative maintenance support for Beaker/LIS applications • Analyzing, designing, and building workflows to meet the needs of Beaker/LIS users

• Provide comprehensive MBSE, systems engineering, and programmatic support to the production process simulation model technical development • Lead the adoption and consistent application of MBSE methodologies and tools • Manage the creation and governance of system models in partnership with LMI and government teams • Conduct model-based and traditional Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events • Drive Digital Engineering (DE) initiatives • Actively participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s) and other engineering working groups to review, assess, and mature engineering artifacts such as concept of operations (CONOPs), system architecture, system behavior, system interfaces, functional allocation, Interface Control Documents/Descriptions (ICDs), and data models.
