• Develop and guide simulation scenario test case development for evaluating system performance and behavior. • Develop AV behavior metrics to monitor performance of the system. • Identify and implement methodologies for discovery of new/unique behavior scenarios from test data. • Analyze simulation test results and identify solutions to increase test coverage, increase scenario coverage, and determine correct AV behaviors. • Develop test plans and strategies. • Contribute to development of the safety case for the complete system and help ensure it is comprehensive and complete.

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS • Lead Management Reviews and ensure top-level quality engagement • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections • Manage document control processes utilizing Arena for product lifecycle management • Oversee supplier qualification and auditing processes • Own and manage the CAPA and non-conformance systems
