Role Description The Legal Intern will be primarily focused on reviewing, organizing and storing commercial agreements. This remote position will be for approximately 10 hours/week and will allow for a lot of flexibility. The individual will be required to operate independently based on guidance provided by legal team members. The successful candidate will be a fast-learner and have excellent organization skills and attention to detail. - Contract Management: Accurately upload, organize, and update contract documents in Salesforce, ensuring all entries meet company guidelines and standards. - Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness within Salesforce, identifying and resolving discrepancies as they arise. - Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing legal documentation. - Communications: Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract processing and manage correspondence related to contract management. - Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance contract management processes and administrative workflows. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program or related legal studies. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote or hybrid work setting. - Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
