• Demonstrating success in building and executing sales strategies that drive business growth, specifically within the Security and Cloud solutions • Meeting the expectations and requirements of customers which includes using customer information to drive improvements in products and services • Penetrating new accounts, drive new logo acquisition, and expand market share • Advocating for customer needs within the organization and change approaches based on direct customer input • Developing and leveraging a robust partner ecosystem (e.g., resellers, system integrators, technology partners) to accelerate sales growth • Displaying skills in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and adherence to established sales processes • Creating a respectful and safe environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their different ideas

Job Requirements

  • Have relevant experience working in sales in the cloud compute or security space and rich experience of ANZ market dynamics
  • Have experience mentoring and coaching large, cross-cultural teams
  • Be able to foster inclusive culture and rally around cross functions
  • Able to establish and maintain a rigorous weekly/monthly operating rhythm for the region
  • Demonstrate track record of working effectively with headquarters and Geo level to achieve local results
  • Show mindset of holding sales managers and representatives accountable for their commits and activities
