Title: Senior Product Manager II, TodayTix Location: New York, NY Type: Full Time Workplace: hybrid Category: Product Management Job Description: TodayTix Group (TTG) is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences, designing frictionless discovery and purchase journeys through innovative product design and industry-leading technology. Our portfolio of brands––including TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, Arthouse London, and Secret Cinema––connects millions of customers with the best in live entertainment. Powered by vast data and insights, TTG helps theatres, producers, and cultural institutions reach highly engaged audiences and unlock meaningful revenue, transforming how tickets are sold across the world. In 2025, TTG entered a new chapter as part of MARI, the global events and experiences company powering world-defining live experiences. Together, we’re expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and accelerating a shared vision to redefine the event lifecycle through seamless discovery, purchase, and engagement. Life at TodayTix Group We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply. About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager II to join the TodayTix product team and raise the bar for how we build. TodayTix is TTG's flagship consumer product, it is the mobile app and web experience connecting millions of people with live events they love. Your work will directly shape how customers discover, purchase, and return to TodayTix, and will move the metrics that matter most to the business. This is an outcome ownership role, not a project execution role. The team is in an acceleration phase sharpening prioritization, deepening analytical rigor, and shifting from shipping projects to owning results. You'll be central to that shift: someone who can pick up any problem space, build conviction quickly from ambiguity, and own it end-to-end, while modeling the product craft that lifts the whole team. If you thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment, reach instinctively for AI to think and prototype, and are passionate about turning open-ended problems into measurable bets, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like: - Strategy from ambiguity → Within 60–90 days, you've developed a strong understanding of your first problem space, diagnosed the gaps and contributed to a roadmap grounded in customer evidence and business priorities - Decisions driven by customer insight → A continuous discovery loop is running where one didn't exist; your understanding of our customers visibly changes what gets prioritized. - Team acceleration → Your ability to triage opportunities, gather the appropriate stakeholders and build relationships combined with your product intuition accelerates our overall tech team velocity - AI-native execution → AI is embedded throughout your workflow helping you synthesize research, generate prototypes, validate assumptions, and accelerate delivery. - Measurable impact shipped → Initiatives launch with defined success metrics and are followed by real post-launch analysis including second and third-order "why" questions that drive the next iteration. - Raising the team bar → Product thinking across the team is visibly sharper because of how you frame problems, document decisions, and give feedback. What You'll Do: - Take full end-to-end accountability for specific TodayTix consumer product areas and their respective KPIs - Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesize research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design and partner teams to deliver consumer features that solve real customer problems. - Lead by example to champion high-quality product standards and analytical rigor, utilizing your own work and constructive feedback to elevate the collective thinking of the team. - Manage complex cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. - Operate across the product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions. We're Looking for Someone With: - An entrepreneurial spirit who is energized by the opportunity and challenges of shaping how millions of people across the world discover, purchase and experience live entertainment - 6+ years of product experience, including 2 - 3 years owning consumer products end-to-end in startup / growth environments with demonstrable impact - Incredible product intuition, natural curiosity, a strong bias for action, an ability to form strong opinions with limited information and influence peers - Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow - using them habitually to accelerate research, optimize process, design, prototype, drive decisions, and execution. - Demonstrated builder mindset - whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch. - Demonstrated growth mindset - committed to continuous professional and personal development - Strong communication and strategic thinking in cross functional environments - Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and adjacent consumer technology platforms - Experience in live events, hospitality, marketplace, or premium consumer experiences is a plus. $180,000 - $200,000 a year Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
