Regional Partner Marketing Manager

• Pipeline Acceleration: Design and execute high-impact 'with' and 'through' marketing programs for regional resellers and MSPs that directly fuel the sales funnel and accelerate deal cycles across your specific geography. • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional stakeholders, aligning partner enablement with demand generation to ensure a unified go-to-market approach between channel and marketing. • Performance & ROI Management: Own the end-to-end measurement of joint initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights and pipeline inspection to optimize contribution, lead quality, and investment return. • Ecosystem Integration: Orchestrate complex regional activities that incorporate Technology Alliances and Global System Integrators (GSIs) into broader partner campaigns to maximize market reach and solution value. • Operational Excellence: Lead the adoption of Pure Storage marketing automation tools among partners and manage regional marketing budgets (MDF) to ensure operational rigor and strategic alignment of every dollar spent.

Job Requirements

  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: You possess a deep mastery of the B2B reseller and Managed Services Provider (MSP) landscape, with a proven track record of building integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse partner business models and customer life cycles.
  • Strategic Demand Generation: You are an expert at designing end-to-end demand generation programs, possessing the analytical skills to translate marketing activities into tangible business outcomes and measurable pipeline.
  • Relational Leadership & Communication: You excel at building high-trust relationships across all organizational levels and can effectively articulate complex marketing strategies to both internal partner teams and external partner executives.
  • Operational Rigor: You have a disciplined approach to project management and budget oversight, with the ability to navigate marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to drive visibility, accountability, and ROI validation.
  • Adaptability & Drive: You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution, and are comfortable traveling (up to 20%) to engage directly with partners and stakeholders in the field.
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities up to 50% of the time.
