• The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact and overall lead for the team providing Correspondence and Project Management Support requirement. • The PM is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all contract activities to ensure successful execution of correspondence management, records management, content management, workflow improvement, Section 508 compliance, and strategic support services. • The PM provides leadership and oversight for all contractor personnel and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance objectives. • The PM develops and maintains the Project Management Plan (PMP), manages project schedules and milestones, monitors risks and issues, oversees quality control processes, and provides regular status reporting to Government stakeholders. • The PM supports ORMS leadership by coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating executive meetings, preparing briefing materials, documenting action items and decisions, and providing analytical support to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency. • The PM also advises Government personnel on best practices related to correspondence management systems, records management, FOIA, FACA, Section 508 compliance, content management, technical writing, and business process improvement. • The PM is responsible for ensuring timely completion of all contract deliverables, including monthly progress reports, annual summary reports, standard operating procedures, content management alignment materials, transition plans, and knowledge transfer documentation. • The PM works closely with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ORMS leadership to identify priorities, manage workload fluctuations, and support mission-critical correspondence and records management activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
