Role Description We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across all departments of the company. This is a key leadership role that requires deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry , strong project management expertise, and the ability to drive execution in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. - Oversee and coordinate projects across all company departments to ensure alignment with Caiz Blockchain’s mission and strategic objectives. - Lead execution of blockchain-related projects, from token ecosystem development to exchange relations, compliance initiatives, and community engagement. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones tailored for blockchain product launches and partnerships. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, compliance officers, and business development managers. - Ensure smooth execution of token launches, exchange listings, liquidity initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements. - Establish project management frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs to measure success across all functions. - Identify risks unique to crypto markets (volatility, regulatory changes, liquidity challenges) and implement mitigation strategies. - Act as the central point of communication between leadership and all departments. - Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, performance, and critical issues. - Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability across the organization. Qualifications - 5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or organizational leadership (experience in blockchain/Crypto required). - Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects across different departments. - Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, tokenomics, exchange relations, and compliance in the crypto industry. - Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth, innovative environments. - Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and digital assets. - Strong project management, planning, and execution skills. - Excellent leadership and cross-team coordination abilities. - Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with ability to assess project risks in volatile crypto environments. - Financial and resource management expertise with an understanding of token economics. - High adaptability in the rapidly changing blockchain/crypto industry.
