• Serve as the senior technical lead for enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration. • Design and implement advanced configurations, upgrades, and hardening for Microsoft server and collaboration environments. • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, to ensure high availability and performance. • Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing Microsoft platform operations across the enterprise. • Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking services. • Lead integration of Azure cloud services with enterprise systems and on-premises dependencies. • Architect and support enterprise Microsoft Teams collaboration, conferencing, and streaming capabilities. • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for provisioning, configuration management, and repeatable operations.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in senior-level system administration roles focused on Microsoft technologies.
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
  • Strong experience supporting Azure services and resources, including Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Experience architecting and supporting Microsoft Teams video conferencing, Teams Live Events, and enterprise streaming solutions.
  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required).
