• Remote computer support • Owning, tracking and resolving Information Technology (IT) incidents and requests • Fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs on a daily basis • Responding to alerts and escalations and working with both user and IT support groups • Providing Tier I and Tier II onsite and remote (desktop level) support and basic network troubleshooting support • Creating, modifying, or deactivating user accounts • Developing and maintaining operational & knowledge management documentation

• Evaluate existing Office of Inspector General (OIG) website hosted in a Drupal environment. • Create a plan for migrating the existing website with no data loss and minimal downtime from Drupal version 7 to Drupal version 8 or higher version. • Create a plan for setting up and configuring new hosting environment for the Drupal 8 environment in conjunction with the OIG infrastructure team. • Integrate and modify existing and new Drupal modules based upon OIG website design requirements to achieve required functionality. • Create a design and implement integration of external components and/or cloud services such as website search services, content subscription services, reporting services, analytics and business intelligence services in the Drupal environment. • Perform website migration with no data loss and minimal downtime while following industry best practice IT security requirements. • Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancing and/or modifying existing and migrated websites. • Provide continuous ongoing operational support for existing and future Drupal environments including minor/major version upgrades, security patches, module updates and new module installations. • Test new software in development environment and follow OIG processes to promote new code/software to production environments. • Research, test and recommend implementation of new versions of Drupal as they are released and recommend upgrade path to OIG management. • Kickoff project, provide and manage schedule and complete upgrade within defined time. • Utilize a mature process to manage the software development and operations tasks by using various industry standard tools and processes such as software source code repositories, bug/issue tracking software and automated build/release and deployment tools.

• Lead and manage the strategic execution of the DCIPS Future product roadmap across baseline, full deployment, and sustainment phases. • Translate mission requirements and regulatory guidance (e.g., DoDI 1300.18) into actionable Epics, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. • Direct product sprint planning and product release cycles across development teams using Agile best practices. • Collaborate with MC&FP, CMA Offices, and stakeholders across Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard to ensure alignment of business rules, terminology, workflows, and operational expectations. • Maintain and prioritize a product backlog that supports end-user outcomes, regulatory compliance, and evolving CMA mission needs. • Present metrics, product strategies, and roadmap updates to both technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders. • Guide UI/UX development to ensure usability, accessibility (Section 508), and performance across platforms and bandwidth conditions. • Ensure DCIPS Future complies with DISA STIG/SRG, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and DoD Zero Trust mandates. • Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevSecOps leads to support secure, scalable delivery in AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5 environments.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI from code commit to production deployment. • Implement and manage GitOps workflows for continuous delivery to RKE2 clusters using ArgoCD, ensuring the cluster state always reflects the Git repository. • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline the software development lifecycle, reduce manual intervention, and improve developer productivity. • Integrate security best practices and automated testing (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) into the CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and security compliance. • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to manage and provision environments using IaC principles and tools like Terraform. • Act as a subject matter expert on CI/CD, providing guidance and support to development teams on best practices for building, testing, and deploying their applications. • Monitor the health and performance of the CI/CD infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize pipeline efficiency and reliability. • Update and maintain the organizations DevSecOps (DSO) software.
