As a Recruiting Coordinator, you have the opportunity to support an operation that delivers the facilitation and scheduling of logistical requirements for candidate interviews at Capital One. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, accountable for achieving all business goals while delivering on operational execution for the Talent Acquisition team. A strong cultural focus on people, coupled with providing "World-Class" guest experiences within our recruiting areas are critical outcomes for this role. Effective communication and influencing skills, in addition to meticulous attention to detail, will ensure success in this role. Responsibilities: - Provide recruiting support services in accordance with Capital One's recruiting support process, standards and systems - Support Ad Hoc, Power Day and Ambassador scheduling - Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients - Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews for interview process - Partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing process - Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, executive assistants, and administrative professionals - Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner - Prepare various materials, reports and files for interviews and consensus meetings - Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills - Proven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional team - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills - Exhibit a high level of personal ownership, confidentiality and flexibility - Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change - Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills - Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements - Willingness to work flexible hours due to varying needs within the recruiting organization Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service - At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite Preferred Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service - At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office - At least 1 year of experience with the Workday Applicant Tracking System At Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
