• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals set by leadership • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers • Engage in proactive sales outreach, including outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits • Win new business by identifying opportunities, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals • Follow up with urgency and persistence to convert leads into sales • Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime Line’s inside sales, field reps, and internal teams to support customer success • Offer creative product ideas and sourcing strategies tailored to customer needs • Work closely with our China-based buying office to streamline sourcing and production • Leverage global supplier networks to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions • Support team goals by sharing insights, contributing to group success, and mentoring peers when needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven success in a sales-driven role, ideally within the promotional products industry
  • Existing relationships with promotional product distributors strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with promotional hard goods and custom product development
  • Understanding of global sourcing practices and international logistics
  • Strong analytical skills for accurate quoting and cost analysis
  • Collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude

About the RoleDandy is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to support our growing global Business Development organization.
