Accessories Sales Manager – Automotive
MSX International
• Implement and execute the Accessories Sales Management program for dealers in Slovakia, in line with brand and business objectives. • Act as a field-based sales representative and coach, supporting dealer partners in the sale of Original Accessories. • Plan and conduct regular dealer visits and business meetings, followed by timely and structured reporting. • Deliver training sessions for dealer staff, including product introductions, sales techniques, and best practices related to Original Accessories. • Provide ongoing operational and sales support to dealer employees, analyzing performance, identifying market potential, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive industry - preferably in sales, aftersales, accessories, or dealer network support roles, or in premium product sales environments.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer-centric approaches, and performance-driven environments, gained in the automotive sector or premium product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and coach/train dealer staff.
- Ability to analyze sales performance, market potential, and reports, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and professional presentations.
- Slovak language proficiency at native level is a must.
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
- Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel 3 - 4 days/week within Slovakia.
