Solution Design and Presales, 8 to 12 years
WNS
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored technology solutions. • Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. • Develop comprehensive proposals, including solution architecture, technical specifications, estimations and implementation plans. • Engage with clients to gather requirements, address technical queries, and provide expert advice. • Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). • Work closely with internal teams, including development, engineering, sales and project management, to ensure seamless solution delivery. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide innovative solutions. • Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and client interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a solution architect or similar role, with a focus on pre-sales activities
- Understanding of technology, Proficiency in , software development, and related technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
- 15+ years in presales or solution consulting with a strong focus on ADM.
- Proven expertise in handling multi-million-dollar deals across geographies such as APAC, EMEA, and NA.
- Experience in leading and managing teams within a presales or consulting environment.
