In this role, you'll guide injured customers through their recovery journey, applying strong communication, empathy and resilience to support positive outcomes. You'll interpret information, make informed decisions, and ensure claims are managed effectively in line with legislation and compliance requirements. Your ability to problem‑solve, diffuse challenging situations, and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to success. This role suits someone who is outcome‑driven, adaptable, and committed to helping people rebuild their health and confidence. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane). About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Cultural Heritage Advisor to join our External Relations and Sustainability team, playing a key role in protecting and managing cultural heritage values across our Western Australian operations.
