As an Account Management Specialist, you'll help shape strong, long-term partnerships that support safer workplaces and better customer outcomes. What You'll Do - Build strong, trusted relationships with brokers and policyholders by bringing our Customer Value Proposition to life through consistent, personalised account management. - Manage and grow a diverse portfolio by driving retention, improving underperforming policies, and developing targeted broker plans and new business opportunities. - Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims and Broker teams to deliver seamless, joined up experiences and consistently strong outcomes for customers. - Use your workers compensation expertise to support quality underwriting decisions, sustainable pricing outcomes, and effective claims management practices. - Advocate for your portfolio internally, helping teams stay focused on what matters most and reducing non core activities wherever possible. - Deliver exceptional service that lifts customer satisfaction, supports fair complaint resolution, and strengthens long term loyalty and trust. What You'll Bring - Experience in insurance or similar client facing roles, ideally with strong exposure to workers compensation or commercial insurance environments. - Confidence influencing and engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, brokers and complex customer groups. - Strong industry knowledge to support quality underwriting, claims outcomes and commercially sound decision making. - Ability to balance improvement initiatives with customer needs, regulatory requirements and broader community expectations. - Experience developing and delivering strategic engagement and service plans that drive growth and retention outcomes. - Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for varied audiences, including senior and executive forums.
