Business Development Manager

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial, public, and infrastructure lighting projects across QLD • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and project handover • Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality tailored solutions • Strengthen relationships with architects, specifiers, engineers, contractors, and councils • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events • Maintain structured CRM records and provide insight into market trends and opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Currently working in the lighting or electrical industry (4+ years preferred)
  • Ready to step up into larger, more strategic project work
  • Confident meeting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to understand drawings, technical specs, and project requirements (training provided)
  • Strong communicator, relationship builder, and natural presenter
  • Driven, ambitious, and keen to grow into a senior role over time
  • Full working rights in Australia
