Job Description

Senior Marketing Analyst

Feeld

Senior Marketing Analyst Location: London, England, United Kingdom Remote Data Full time Description At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships. You will sit within our Data team, embedded as a close partner to Marketing, owning the high-volume, rigorous analysis that powers our campaigns, experiments, and growth decisions. This is a role for someone who takes pride in the craft of analysis, including building robust templates, stress-testing assumptions, and surfacing the right numbers at the right time so that strategy can follow with clarity and confidence. Equally, you understand that great analysis is only as valuable as the story it tells, and you bring the commercial instinct to connect data to business outcomes in ways that drive action. Working closely with our existing Analyst, you will own the execution of analysis across CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, ASO and Experimentation. You will be comfortable working async-remotely, collaborating with teammates distributed across multiple time zones. What you will do - Lead and maintain Feeld's marketing attribution modelling, working across channels to ensure we have a clear and accurate picture of what is driving growth and informing budget and strategy decisions. - Analyse audience segments, customer behaviour, and funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention, surfacing insights that inform targeting, optimisation, and the full marketing journey. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends, synthesising relevant signals into inputs that keep our marketing strategy sharp and informed. - Own post-analysis delivery across CRM campaigns, performance ads, incrementality outputs, CPP/ASO analyses, and creative performance reporting, iterating on templates as interventions evolve. - Support the full experimentation lifecycle, from pre-analysis validation and experiment setup through to QA-ing results and maintaining statistical integrity throughout. - Produce and maintain a performance tracking cadence, contributing to cross-functional marketing business reviews, proactively flagging outliers, and executing structured ad hoc analyses that lay the groundwork for future strategy. - Ensure analytical outputs are clearly documented, reproducible, and easy to hand off, and continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring work. How you will grow - Develop deep expertise across the full marketing analytics stack, from campaign measurement to incrementality testing to creative analytics. - Work within a forward-thinking data team willing to experiment with new tools, approaches, and operating models. - Contribute to building Feeld's analytical foundations in a high-growth, mission-driven environment where your work has a direct impact. Requirements About you - You have hands-on experience delivering marketing analytics in a consumer, app, or marketplace environment, across channels such as CRM, paid performance or ASO. - You are rigorous and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of statistical principles and a genuine commitment to analytical quality. - You are proficient in analytics and data visualisation tools (including SQL), and comfortable building and maintaining reporting templates and dashboards. - You have experience supporting or running A/B tests and are familiar with the principles of sound experiment design. - You are a strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate analytical findings into clear narratives that resonate with non-technical stakeholders. - You are commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing performance connects to business outcomes and where analysis can move the needle. - You are a clear and organised communicator, able to document your work well and collaborate effectively in an async environment. - You are proactive about identifying ways to improve recurring processes and reduce manual effort through automation or better tooling. - You are comfortable operating with autonomy in ambiguous environments and can prioritise effectively across a high volume of concurrent tasks. - You appreciate reproducible analysis and maintain high standards for documentation and code quality. Bonus points - You have experience in marketplace businesses. - You have experience working in async-remote environments. - You have exposure to incrementality testing or media mix modelling (MMM). - You have exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools or workflows. Benefits About us: Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone. Our culture: We believe in creating a safe work environment through humanity, fluidity, safety, transparency and progressiveness. When hiring, we look for culture add rather than culture fit. Because we are a fully remote team, it’s especially important that we create an environment where our colleagues feel included and connected as humans. Our goal is a barrier-free application process and working environment. If you require further details or assistance or have any questions about this process, please let us know at . That is why we offer a compensation system that is transparent, honest, and equitable. Additionally, we believe all humans deserve to earn a competitive wage, so we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year for any role that indexes below £60,000 GBP per year.
