VP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Lead

Role Description - Accountable to develop Lean deployment roadmap that meets the desired outcomes and stage of Lean maturity. - Influence the current state and future state, standard work implementation plan, along with impact and value of changes (in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts). - Responsible for feedback loops & adherence to Lean standards set. - Develop and nurture strong partnerships to understand specific business issues and priorities to effectively integrate continuous improvement into their organization. - Serve as Lean Coach and Practitioner embedding continuous improvement focus, developing lean capabilities and behaviors. - Accountable for realization of key outcomes and benefits defined by the BUs, functional units and value streams. - Responsible for the consistent and successful delivery of agreed standards of Lean Management system. - Responsible for conducting performance health checks to maintain expected standards. - Coach & mentor PE Coach(es) on LEAN practice and tactics, and guide the evolution of LEAN playbook. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience as a Lean management leader or 5+ years of experience as a Transformation Executive; with demonstrated success in leading transformational change. - Experience and understanding of operational management practices and objectives, including accountabilities, approaches to problem solving, industry trends and best practice. - A true business partner who can contribute strategic, operational, analytical and quantitative insights to enhance Arch. - Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments/organizations (e.g., Business Agility, Lean management techniques, Six Sigma certification, etc.). - Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performance. - A strong leader with the ability to develop, motivate, retain, recruit, challenge and deploy a high performing team. - Ability to build a strong network of relationships across the company, quickly building credibility and gaining the trust and confidence of colleagues. - A change agent, excellent at managing change both at an organizational level and at an individual level. - Purpose-driven with ability to influence matrix organization and passionate about collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across different levels to identify solutions and deliver on plans. - External orientation and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify, deliver and implement novel approaches to deliver solutions inspired by AMS best practices. - Strong business acumen and customer orientation with analytical thinking skills. - Self-motivated, prone to action, autonomous and results-oriented with ability to lead multiple complex initiatives (short, mid and long-term) with impact. - Excellent business acumen and strategic agility. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree with related experience or Master’s in related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. - Professional Lean Certification (is a plus).
