Job Description

Manager, Loan Management Platform

Sunbit

• Defining the system logic, working with the product and engineering teams to implement • Leading the modernization of our loan account management system, ensuring it is ready for future product capabilities • Support the end-to-end lifecycle for new loan products, ensuring product definitions (interest rates, grace periods, fees) are accurate in the system • Loan lifecycle definitions and management • Providing loan account management capabilities to support all of Sunbit servicing needs • Serve as the subject matter expert driving research, evaluation, and development of new technologies and capabilities • Experience writing not just business procedural documents but also technical briefs for product and engineering

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellence in managing loan account systems
  • Deep experience with loan account management components and how they integrate
  • Strong regulatory fluency understanding TILA
  • Experience modernizing/ replatforming an existing loan account management system a plus
  • Nice to have: experience with implementing a modern account core
