As an Assistant Manager, Site Marketing, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that drive client engagement, sales, and acquisition across Sephora's website, mobile platforms, and app experiences. What You'll Do: - Support the development and execution of site marketing strategies across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. - Manage and maintain homepage programming calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities, marketing campaigns, and merchandising objectives. - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production, Product, and Analytics teams to bring campaigns to life. - Recommend site, app, landing page, and targeting strategies based on campaign performance metrics and client behavior insights. - Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, product drops, and key brand initiatives across digital platforms. - Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure flawless campaign execution and an exceptional client experience. - Analyze campaign performance and site engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and future recommendations. - Support testing initiatives and digital enhancements by evaluating results and sharing actionable insights. - Assist in the implementation of new site features, app experiences, and personalization strategies. - Monitor site content and campaign performance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. - Collaborate with Analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends that influence future marketing decisions. - Support ad hoc projects, business initiatives, and strategic priorities as needed. - Maintain strong project management practices, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, site merchandising, site marketing, or related fields. - Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, website content, or promotional calendars within a retail or consumer-facing environment. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, client journey optimization, and online shopping behaviors. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. - Experience leveraging site reporting, analytics, and performance data to influence decision-making. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions and levels. - Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and drive alignment among cross-functional teams. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. - Proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. - Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset. - Passion for beauty, retail, digital innovation, and creating exceptional client experiences.
