• Manage and implement global digital products and solutions in the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Risk Management and OPEX markets. • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes, using AI and automation as disruptive accelerators. • Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. • Prepare documentation, reports and client presentations. • Provide product configuration training and delivery support to global team members. • Interact directly with clients to ensure best practices in management and deployment. • Apply strong attention to detail and data storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively. • Stay current with technology trends and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment. • Work with Agile methodologies and SQUADs. • Perform unit testing and quality assurance for products and projects. • Lead by example and support ongoing process and technology improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in a consulting organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficient with database technologies: Databricks, MongoDB and SQL.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau and e-charts.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query and JIRA.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and basic machine learning concepts.
- Ability to write and use AI prompts to perform and optimize tasks.
- Experience with unit testing and Quality Assurance.

Title: Revenue Accounting Data Analyst (Remote) Location: San Francisco United States Job Description: About This Role This role is accountable for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Deferred Revenue within a complex, data-driven environment. The consultant will use Databricks, SQL, and BI tools to ensure reliability of revenue data flowing from multiple platforms (Salesforce, Stripe, Oracle FAH). The role also supports audit readiness and financial disclosures for SaaS and consumption-based revenue streams. The consultant will: - Reconcile contracted revenue (Salesforce) with actual billings and receipts (Stripe). - Validate and analyze data in Databricks that brings these sources together for financial reporting and ASC 606 compliance. What that entails: writing SQL queries in Databricks to join Salesforce objects with Stripe transactions to verify: - Customer IDs match. - Usage data aligns with billing events. - Deferred vs. recognized revenue is accurate. Remote / Payrate range $70-80/hr. depending on experience Duration of Project: 3-6 months What You Will Work On Key Responsibilities: - Data Validation & Reconciliation: - Validate and reconcile AR and Deferred Revenue datasets using Databricks to process and query large transactional data. - Investigate data discrepancies leveraging BI tools and SQL queries. - Revenue & Insights: - Use Databricks notebooks to perform advanced data transformations and generate insights on AR sources and revenue streams. - SQL Development: - Build and optimize SQL queries (supported by AI tools like Claude Code / CodeX) for deep-dive analysis of revenue datasets. - Audit & Compliance Support: - Collaborate with Accounting and auditors, preparing PBC lists, footnote tie-outs, and evidence packages, ensuring compliance with ASC 606. - Process Enablement: - Develop repeatable workflows in Databricks for ongoing data validation and reporting.
