• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust a variety of property and casualty claims • Negotiate effectively and professionally with claimants, public adjusters, legal counsel, and third-party representatives • Process payments, issue settlements within designated authority limits, and maintain precise claim records • Provide technical expertise and support for high-value, complex, or multi-faceted claims • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, state insurance regulations, and industry best practices • Perform full desk-based adjusting, leveraging modern technology, digital documentation, and remote evaluation tools.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in adjusting commercial property losses and commercial casualty/liability lines
  • Direct experience handling claims related to manufactured housing, modular structures and unique policy endorsements
  • Experience adjusting high-volume personal property claims
  • Active Adjuster License in good standing (or ability to quickly obtain reciprocal licensing)
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry designations (e.g., AIC, SCLA) is preferred
  • Mastery of modern claims management systems (CMS), Google Workspace, digital estimating software, and remote on-line software tools.
