• Recruit, hire, and develop new solutions engineers and coach them on providing technical expertise to customers through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and POVs • Partner with your Sales Leader counterparts to create a strategic GTM plan for the Eastern US region with clear deliverables, alignment with cross-functional teams, and measurable business outcomes • Be a key member of the Eastern US leadership team for Tines with ownership of all pre-sales aspects of the business for the region • Participate in success execution as both a player and a coach, performing account activities including opportunity coaching, account strategy, and technical executive sponsorship • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Product & Engineering, and the Partnerships teams to create a consistent and scalable customer journey • Foster an inclusive and collaborative solutions engineering environment with a culture of coaching, learning, growth, development, and feedback • Act as an escalation point for pre-sales technical issues from the field • Provide effective technical leadership and direction in customer meetings – sharing technical trends, competitive, and product information

Job Requirements

  • Prior hands-on experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple yet comprehensive way to non-technical and technical professionals alike
