Role Description Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a proactive, strategic HR Business Partner to support our growing organization. This role acts as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership, supporting both field and corporate teams. You will lead employee relations efforts, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and drive people strategies that align with business goals. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, strategic decision-making, and the ability to coach leaders through change and growth. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to managers and leadership on people-related matters - Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations, with a focus on risk mitigation - Conduct investigations into sensitive issues and document findings - Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent application of company policies - Act as a subject matter expert on policies, advising leadership on effective and consistent application - Use HR data to identify workforce trends, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights - Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and retention - Partner with recruitment to ensure a streamlined and successful onboarding process for new hires - Own and oversee compliance for I-9 and employment verification processes - Support and influence change management initiatives across teams and locations - Partner with the Training Department to educate managers on HR policies, benefits, and compliance topics - Audit and improve HR processes to deliver a streamlined, efficient experience for employees and customers - Respond to employee questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and clarity - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - 5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience - Strong knowledge of employee relations, terminations, and compliance - Skilled in coaching leaders and managing through change - Proven ability to analyze HR data and present actionable insights - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Paycom experience preferred - Understanding of onboarding, I-9s, and employment verifications Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - 100% remote role with flexibility - High-impact position with visibility to leadership - Opportunity to shape and strengthen the company’s people strategy Company Description At Ironclad Environmental Solutions, we believe in building careers while providing exceptional service.
