Role Description The HR Assistant will work with the Christian Care Ministry’s (CCM) HR Leadership Team to extract, format, import, and maintain HR documents and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. This role is a full-time temporary assignment and will contribute to the overall success of a HCM transition project. - Enter and maintain data in all systems that are used by CCM’s HR department - Extract confidential employee documents from HR systems, update to preferred naming convention, and import documents into HR system - Assist in responding to basic candidate and employee inquiries relating to employment opportunities, training opportunities, and other HR-related questions - Prepare and maintain candidate/employment records - Provide basic reports and status updates to HR Leadership regularly - Provide basic technical support as needed - Support the HCM implementation project as needed - Contribute to the exercise and expression of the Ministry’s Christian beliefs - All other duties as assigned Qualifications - Proficient in ability to navigate several computer systems simultaneously - Strong experience with MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams - Ability to work effectively within Human Resource Information Systems - Basic knowledge of job descriptions, training records, employee records, and PHI/PII/HIPAA - Basic knowledge of importing file templates - Ability and courage to speak up if feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin - Ability to anticipate and respond to basic operational challenges - Self-starter – ability to manage priorities with energy and enthusiasm - Communication skill – ability to create and deliver multi-mode information in an understandable and concise manner - Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required - Associate’s degree or higher preferred - Minimum 3 years of demonstrated computer experience required - Preference to candidates with experience with ADP, Dayforce, Greenhouse, Litmos, and/or Engagedly HR systems - Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire Benefits - The range for this role is $18.00 - $24.00/hour - Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education - This is a temporary, ~3 month role but with full time hours (40 hours/week) - Target start date: 7/6/26 - Projected end date: 10/2/26
