• Review and update 750+ content images to ensure visual alignment with brand standards and content quality across the platform. • Design and prototype animated overlays for in-app notifications and gamification features, drawing inspiration from progressive onboarding patterns (think Duolingo-style engagement flows). • Lead the creation and implementation of interaction and motion design elements across web and mobile. • Bridge product design and marketing to deliver cohesive multi-channel visual experiences including app, website, ads, and presentations. • Ensure consistency with design systems and brand standards across all touchpoints. • Contribute to usability testing and synthesize user insights to inform design iterations. • Roll out approved UI/GUI enhancements to the production app and track feature performance over time. • Document design decisions and maintain organized, scalable design asset libraries. • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and executive teams.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing using Playwright. • Convert repeatable manual test cases into automated tests to improve efficiency and coverage. • Execute automated test suites and review results to identify failures and defects. • Perform manual QA testing alongside automation work, maintaining a balanced approach as automation coverage scales. • Monitor automated test runs and report failures or inconsistencies in Qase. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps. • Support regression and release testing activities throughout the ongoing migration project. • Perform API and data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Support CI pipeline execution of automated tests and contribute improvement ideas. • Document test cases, test procedures, and known issues in Qase. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Stay current with testing tools and quality practices relevant to the team’s environment.

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable server-side components and APIs. • Work closely with Product and Front-End teams to implement Graph QL and RESTful APIs, business logic, and database queries and schemas. • Implement microservices using TypeScript, Node.js, Nest JS, and manage deployments in AWS environments. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST requirements through strong engineering practices. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. • Monitor, debug, and improve backend performance, reliability, and observability. • Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation and unit/integration tests. • Collaborate cross-functionally in agile sprints using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for modernized Python and AWS-based applications (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge, etc.) • Validate application behavior across the full modernization lifecycle, including system integration, data migration integrity, performance, regression, and stress testing • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure test coverage aligns with enterprise engineering and modernization standards • Implement automated test suites for APIs, data processes, and serverless workflows • Identify risks, defects, and gaps during migration efforts and document them clearly with actionable recommendations • Verify data migration tools, processes, and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture documents, and code to ensure testability and alignment with quality standards • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes across legacy and cloud-native components • Ensure all QA documentation is complete, traceable, and ready for handoff to core engineering and operations teams • Track and report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders • Stay current with QA best practices, testing tools, and cloud testing strategies, recommending improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

• Design and implement RL environments that support large-scale agent evaluation and reinforcement learning experiments. • Build task generation pipelines, dynamic datasets, and scripted environments with controlled complexity and stochasticity. • Develop verifiers and reward models to score trajectories and evaluate model reasoning automatically. • Collaborate with infrastructure and systems engineers to ensure environments are scalable, reproducible, and instrumented for detailed telemetry. • Design APIs and orchestration frameworks for running, resetting, and evaluating agents across environments. • Optimize environment performance, logging, and reward reproducibility across distributed setups.
