Role Description The Loan Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the successful delivery of loan implementations for financial institution clients transitioning to CSI’s NuPoint platform. This role ensures implementations are executed from initiation through go-live while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, data accuracy, and project outcomes. This individual will serve as a client-facing leader, working closely with internal teams and bank stakeholders to guide them through the full implementation lifecycle, including documentation review, data validation, training, and on-site support. Key Responsibilities - Project Initiation - Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation - Lead kickoff meetings and establish clear expectations with bank clients - Develop strong relationships early in the implementation lifecycle - Project Planning - Gather and review loan documentation, workflows, and requirements - Identify data mapping needs and integration points into NuPoint - Align on timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and clients - Establish clear ownership of responsibilities across CSI and the bank - Project Execution - Serve as the primary point of contact for loan implementations - Lead client engagement through regular touchpoints and status updates - Validate loan data and system configurations to ensure accuracy and readiness - Drive accountability by leading validation sessions and guiding clients through the process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a streamlined implementation model - Monitoring & Controlling - Track progress against timelines, scope, and implementation milestones - Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies - Escalate concerns that may impact delivery or customer experience - Ensure alignment between internal teams and client stakeholders - Project Close - Support successful go-live activities, including on-site client engagement - Reinforce training and ensure readiness during conversion - Gather client feedback and ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation support - Continuous Improvement & Leadership - Contribute to CSI’s pilot initiative to enhance implementation processes - Support efforts to reduce implementation timelines and improve efficiency - Provide feedback on process improvements and evolving client engagement strategies - Take on expanded responsibilities, including training and onsite support, as the role evolves Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of experience in loan operations, lending, or banking - Experience managing multiple priorities and working in client-facing environments - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Ability to guide and influence clients through complex processes - Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office (Excel required) - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Requirements - Experience with core banking systems - Prior experience with implementations, conversions, or onboarding - Exposure to loan systems, data mapping, or system validation - Experience working directly with financial institutions Benefits - Competitive salary - Eligibility for incentive awards based on individual and business performance - Comprehensive range of benefits Company Description As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc. Role Description We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team in an offshore or nearshore capacity. In this role, you will work alongside onshore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for clients across the mortgage lending industry. Configuration Specialists play a critical role in the delivery of MCP implementations by executing configuration tasks across one or more functional capability groups, supporting SOW and scoping documentation, and resolving tickets in coordination with onshore team members. This role spans the full implementation lifecycle — from initial setup and configuration through testing, defect resolution, and go-live support. This is an excellent opportunity for technically skilled professionals with experience in mortgage technology, loan origination systems, or enterprise software configuration who are looking to grow within a fast-evolving Professional Services organization.
