Field Events Specialist
Automation Anywhere
• Driving execution of key initiatives for America’s field marketing strategy and delivering measurable impact • Supporting local pipeline generation needs of the regional sales team, inclusive of strategic accounts • Understanding the local sales go-to-market motion to execute marketing plan aligned to the sales and marketing priorities and pipeline targets • Owning end-to-end execution of assigned field marketing events by building a strong pre, during and post-event framework to drive success • Working closely with sales leaders and AEs to ensure alignment and successful execution • Managing and optimizing marketing investments, inclusive of serving as the NAMER subject matter expert on the procurement process (onboarding suppliers, purchase order creation, etc) • Tracking campaign results to drive pipeline generation and pipeline conversion • Reporting & Lead Management: Working with BizOps for account mapping based on audience segmentation and outreach strategy • Building lead scoring framework to distinguish and align stakeholders between hot, warm and cold leads • Coordinating with MarOps for SFDC campaign code creation • Consolidating leads and submit into MarOps for SFDC loading • Creating SalesLoft cadences (or other sales templates) to help sales and SDRs promote event registration, customer meetings and support lead follow-up • Working with the corporate team to update the company website with major event listings • Assisting in publishing organic social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive event awareness; in partnership with social team • Maintaining detailed marketing calendar • Driving active awareness of the marketing-wide plan to sales teams and leaders • Providing sales feedback into respective marketing teams to better address business needs • Supporting the sales team with identifying marketing materials / collateral for customer presentations • Collaborating with the Partner Marketing team to incorporate key partners into field activations where appropriate
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business field
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing or event management
- Experience working with sales teams to drive marketing program success
- Previous experience of working within a cloud and or business software industry is desirable
- Previous experience working with partners is desirable
- Ability to learn and use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizzabo, Zoom Webinars, SalesLoft, Wrike, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; prior experience is a plus
