CG Art Director

• Own the creative vision and execution quality across multiple projects, from concept to final delivery • Interpret client briefs and translate business and brand objectives into clear creative direction • Develop and communicate concepts using pitch decks, style proposals, mood boards, storyboards, sketches, and visual references • Direct CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera, and overall look & feel • Ensure visual consistency, realism, and brand alignment across stills, animations, and interactive outputs • Perform ongoing creative QA, reviewing renders and animations, providing clear feedback, and helping teams troubleshoot scenes to reach the desired quality • Collaborate closely with Project Managers/Producers to align creative ambition with scope, timelines, and production realities • Act as a creative partner in client conversations. Presenting, defending, and evolving concepts with confidence • Stay up to date with contemporary design, digital visualisation, CGI, and real‑time/AI‑driven production trends and workflows • Lead and inspire international teams of experienced CGI artists, fostering quality, ownership, and collaboration

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an art direction role, ideally within CGI, or agency environments
  • Strong background in CGI art direction, with hands‑on understanding of 3D pipelines, virtual production, and digital lighting
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and maintain high quality under tight timelines
  • Excellent eye for detail, composition, and realism - supported by a strong portfolio or reel
  • Experience working directly with brands and stakeholders, with confidence in presenting and explaining creative decisions
  • Comfortable balancing creative ambition with production constraints, milestones, and delivery pressure
  • Hands‑on mindset: able to jump into production when needed and independently lead smaller projects end‑to‑end
  • Passion for product and product storytelling – healthcare and consumer electronics experience is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
