Role Description TJM Labs is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their software engineering career who enjoys solving problems, building thoughtful solutions, and learning quickly in a fast-paced remote environment. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll support the development of internal tools, automations, and software products that help drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with technical team members to build practical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing product improvements. - Design, build, and maintain software applications, services, and internal tools. - Develop new automation solutions and product features for pharmacy workflows. - Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs. - Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. - Collaborate with teammates to plan, scope, and deliver projects. - Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve productivity and software quality. - Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve engineering efficiency. - Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform grows. Qualifications - 3+ years of software development experience. - Strong experience with Python. - Experience building web applications, APIs, or backend systems. - Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern software development workflows. - Familiarity with databases and data modeling. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Clear written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Role Description We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI with deep expertise to set the technical direction and define the architecture for advanced language and voice technologies that transform how patients and providers interact. In this strategic role, you will be a key contributor, mentoring senior engineers and driving Fabric’s most complex work across a range of AI and ML applications and techniques.
