Role Description Reportando al Regional Sales Manager (Región Norte), el/la Sales Engineer es responsable de superar y sostener los objetivos semanales, mensuales, trimestrales y anuales mediante la gestión disciplinada del funnel de ventas y la ejecución del proceso comercial de Videojet. Te integrarás a un equipo regional de 6 Sales Engineers que colaboran para impulsar el crecimiento del territorio. Responsibilities - Cumplir y sostener los objetivos del territorio: ventas (revenue), obtención de órdenes de compra (bookings), número de visitas, atracción de clientes y generación de nuevos proyectos. - Administrar actividades y oportunidades del funnel, asegurando el avance oportuno de cada proyecto. - Realizar el pronóstico de ventas mensual y trimestral con una asertividad superior al 98%. - Seguir los estándares del proceso de ventas registrando actividades y actualizando proyectos diariamente en el CRM vigente (Salesforce). - Implementar estrategias de prospección para atraer al menos 2 clientes nuevos por semana. - Atender con rapidez los prospectos enviados por Marketing, colaborando para elevar su calidad y convertirlos en oportunidades de venta. Location Monterrey. Work Mode Remoto. Daily Activities - Desarrollar y proponer procesos para captar, generar y ganar más proyectos, incluyendo iniciativas con la metodología de solución de problemas de Videojet. - Asistir a los clientes en sus necesidades, trabajando en equipo con otras áreas (Finanzas, Servicio, Consumibles, Logística, etc.) como parte del proceso de pre y postventa. - Colaborar con todas las áreas para el logro de los objetivos de Videojet (pagos de clientes en tiempo y forma, venta de equipos solicitados, coordinación de soluciones, etc.). - Seguimiento de funnel y forecast semanal. - Completar el 100% de los cursos en línea de Videojet, aprender las herramientas y aplicar la metodología en las actividades diarias. Qualifications - 3+ años de experiencia comprobable en ventas. - Historial de ventas exitosas y/o logros demostrables. - Manejo de ERP/CRM (Salesforce deseable). - Inglés intermedio. - Ingeniería o licenciatura (área comercial o afín). - Excel intermedio.
