Our team thrives on solving complex problems, driving technological advancements, and creating impactful digital products. We’re seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of launching the next wave of successful startups. As a Product Designer at UP.Labs, you’ll work closely with product strategists, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality products that solve enterprise-scale problems. This role requires a self-starter who is user-centric, thrives on collaboration, and can solve complex problems with elegant, intuitive design. You’ll be instrumental in creating engaging user experiences and integrating AI-driven features that deliver exceptional value. In this role you will: - Be responsible for owning every aspect of UX and UI design - from defining the problem, to crafting the solution, and launching the product. - Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on real feedback. - Collaborate with product strategists, engineers, and clients to shape solutions. - Develop storyboards, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize workflows. - Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on usability, consistency, and scalability. Qualifications - A digital portfolio demonstrating UX process and outcomes (research, design, testing). - 7 years proven experience in UI/UX design with emphasis on functional, visually engaging interfaces. - 5+ years working with SaaS. - Experience with analytics, visualization, and decision-support tools (beyond consumer apps). - Proficiency in Figma (design systems, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups). - Strong foundation in typography, layout, and interaction design principles. - Expertise in responsive design for seamless web and mobile experiences. - Ability to simplify complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions. - Comfortable designing around AI-driven insights, explainability, and trust. - Experience with multi-layered and multi-tenant workflows. - Skilled in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing. - Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design best practices. - Deep experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define problems and solutions. - Clear communicator—able to explain design rationale visually and verbally. - Self-starter who identifies opportunities and drives work forward. - Familiarity with generative and evaluative research methods to validate design decisions. - Understanding of AI concepts and their impact on UX. Nice to Have - Experience designing for AI-driven or agentic workflows. - Familiarity with Miro for presentations and collaboration. - Experience maintaining or evolving scalable design systems. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience with branding and marketing design. If you don’t meet every single requirement listed above, but believe your skills and experience make you a strong fit, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, problem-solving, and growth mindset just as much as credentials. Please submit your portfolio and let us see how you think about design.

InvocaInvoca, the AI-powered conversation intelligence platform for B2C revenue teams.
• Personally own the design of our most strategic, complex, and foundational platform experiences: the work that sets the tone for everything else • Lead user research and discovery on the hardest, most ambiguous platform problems: get in front of customers, synthesize what they're actually trying to do, and translate insight into product opportunity. The proactive ideas you bring to product leadership come from this work, not from a deck. • Drive the end-to-end design process on those initiatives: discovery, exploration, prototyping, validation, and ship-quality execution • Bring proactive ideas, opportunities, and prototypes to product and engineering leadership that influence roadmap direction; not just react to Product Briefs • Establish and evolve the design language, interaction patterns, and AI-native paradigms that define how Invoca looks, feels, and works • Operate at the boundary of design and front-end development: designing in code where it's faster, partnering directly with engineers on implementation, and closing the gap between design intent and shipped product • Manage, coach, and grow a team of product designers: give direct feedback, develop people into stronger designers, and build a design culture where the work gets better every cycle • Set and uphold the quality bar across every surface of the platform; review work consistently, and don't let inconsistent or middling design ship • Own platform-level UX cohesion: ensure individual designers' workstreams add up to one coherent product, not a federation of features • Partner with PMs and tech leads to build design fluency across the broader product org. Not every design decision will run through your team, and you'll help ensure the people making those decisions are equipped to make them well • Define how the design org operates: rituals, critique culture, design ops, tooling and the integration of AI-assisted workflows that keep the team's velocity matched to the pace of AI-accelerated engineering • Extend that operating model beyond the design team: give PMs, tech leads, and engineers the patterns, components, guardrails, and feedback loops they need to make strong design decisions on the work that doesn't run through your team • Partner closely with Product Management & Engineering leadership as a peer voice in shaping strategy, prioritization, and roadmap.
Senior Product Designer, New Channels
HeadwayRewiring a new mental healthcare system for access and affordability.
1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that. But we're going further. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. We aren't just a billing layer; we are becoming the platform where care actually happens. We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding (a16z, Accel, Spark Capital, etc.), looking for exceptional people to help us achieve this mission. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better. About the Team & RoleNot every patient finds Headway through a Google search. Millions discover us through their employer's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a health system referral, or a payer's provider directory. These partnership-driven channels are among Headway's fastest-growing, and they need a designer who can make the handoff from a third party into care feel seamless, trustworthy, and human. As a Senior Product Designer on the Patient team, you'll own the patient experience across our three partnership channels: Health Systems, EAP, and Payer Partnerships. Your work spans the full range, from inventing new products from scratch to scaling proven ones across new partners and segments. You'll be the only designer in the room for these channels, shaping what gets built, not just how it looks. You'll present prototypes directly in partner meetings that influence multi-million-dollar relationships. You'll partner closely with a Staff PM, engineering, and cross-functional teams including Payer Relations, Health System BD, and Ops. You'll report to the Director of Product Design for Patient. We're building an AI-first design team at Headway. Designers use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns to prototype and stay involved through launch and iteration directly in code. You'll start in planning mode, using Claude.ai to clarify the problem space and test assumptions. You'll prototype with Claude Code/Cursor and MagicPatterns to build and iterate on flows, letting AI generate the pixels and code while you define the right patterns, behaviors, and quality. We're looking for designers who are already working this way and see AI as a primary part of their workflow. What You'll Own - Health Systems. Design and scale the referral-to-booking experience for patients arriving through health system partners. This includes our Booking Assistant (BA) tool, referrer-facing dashboards, and new intake flows as we expand to more health systems. - EAP. Design experiences for patients accessing care through employer EAP benefits. This includes onboarding flows for new payer EAP programs, a major experience redesign to help patients take advantage of free EAP sessions, and early-stage product exploration. - Payer Partnerships. Create co-branded patient journeys and landing pages, improve provider directory discoverability, and optimize conversion for patients arriving through payer channels. - Experimentation. Run sustained, multi-sprint experiments to close the conversion gap between partnership-sourced and organic patients. You'd be a great fit if... - You've designed consumer experiences within B2B2C or platform constraints. You know how to make a third-party handoff feel native and trustworthy. - You bring product strategy instinct, not just design craft. You proactively shape what to build based on customer insights, not just execute what PM hands you. - You're fluent in experimentation. You've run multi-sprint experiment arcs with real conversion and retention metrics, and you treat negative results as learning. - You thrive in ambiguity. "Figure out what to build" energizes you more than "make this look better." - You communicate design decisions to non-design stakeholders (BD, Ops, partner teams) with ease, and you've used prototypes as persuasion tools. - You're excited to work in an AI-native design environment. Our team prototypes in MagicPatterns, Cursor, and Claude Code, with working demos as the primary artifact. Compensation and Benefits: The expected base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level. We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential. - Benefits offered include: - Equity compensation - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - HSA / FSA - 401K - Work-from-Home Stipend - Therapy Reimbursement - 16-week parental leave for eligible employees - Carrot Fertility annual reimbursement and membership - 13 paid holidays each year as well as a Holiday Break during the week between December 25th and December 31st - Flexible PTO - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Training and professional development We believe a team's strength is in its people, and we cannot achieve this mission without a team that reflects the diversity of this problem – across race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, national origin, religion, family status, disability, military status, and experience.
