Role Description We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Representative with a demonstrated ability to land new logos and drive meaningful revenue growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales professional who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle — from opening doors and navigating complex buying groups to closing enterprise-level deals. If you’re motivated by building new business, targeting enterprise accounts, and managing your territory end to end, this role offers the opportunity to do just that. Your next meaningful win starts here. In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring enterprise-level clients, primarily targeting organizations with $50M–$250M+ in annual revenue. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and internal teams to develop and execute targeted strategies that support sustainable growth within your territory. Salary Range - $100,000 - $150,000 annually. - Compensation commensurate with experience. Duties and Responsibilities - Own and grow a strategic territory with national brand potential. - Build and maintain C-level relationships in Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Vendor Relations. - Partner with Marketing to execute highly targeted, account-based campaigns. - Close $250K+ new logo deals and develop recurring revenue streams. - Track and manage your pipeline using CRM and analytics tools. - Collaborate with internal teams (Estimating, Marketing, Product, IT) to win new logos and expand existing accounts. - Travel occasionally (up to 30%) for client meetings and industry events. Qualifications - 10+ years of business development / new logo acquisition experience. - Proven success closing deals with $250K+ revenue. - Experienced selling to Marketing and Procurement executives. - Skilled communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder. - Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics. - Able to work independently in a remote environment. - Bonus if you have experience in: retail, gas stations, fashion, restaurants, or finance. Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, Disability, and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for Health Care and Dependent Care. - 4over pays 100% of the employee’s premium for his/her Basic Life/AD&D Insurance in the amount of 1x the employee's annual salary, up to $500,000. - Coverage will be effective on the 1st of the month following 1 month of continuous regular full-time employment. - 401(k) Retirement Plan: New employees are eligible to enroll the first of the month, following 1 month of employment. - Semi-annual open enrollment (January 1st and July 1st). - Discretionary employer match; typically, 50% of employee deferrals up to 6% of compensation. - Immediate Vesting. - 9 Paid Holidays. - Accumulating PTO to be used after 90-days of continuous and active full-time service.
