Principal Compensation Program Manager

• Own the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refresh programs • Lead the development and maintenance of compensation infrastructure that scale with organizational growth, including job architecture, market competitive cash and equity range structures, and leveling frameworks • Design and implement new compensation programs (e.g., spot bonuses, recognition programs, retention initiatives) aligned with business strategy • Lead cross-functional program workstreams with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and People Operations • Build and maintain scalable compensation processes, playbooks, and documentation that enable the organization to make consistent, equitable compensation decisions • Partner with HRIS and People Technology teams to optimize compensation tools, workflows, and system configurations • Develop and automate reporting, dashboards, and analytics to track program performance and inform decision-making • Create executive-ready communications, training materials, and change management plans for program rollouts

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in public companies
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across the organization
  • Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Workday and Google Sheets
