• Underwriting and quoting across commercial lines - new business, renewals, endorsements, and risk assessment • Policy administration, amendments, and premium adjustments on Australian market platforms • Supporting the senior broker with client and insurer correspondence • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation in line with Australian regulatory requirements • Renewals management and proactive portfolio review support

• Conduct virtual wellness visits directly to patients in the comfort of their homes • Leverage medical expertise to offer a wide range of healthcare services • Review case load and prepare technology before patient visits • Engage in proactive care by conducting thorough health risk assessments • Work directly with Sprinters to evaluate vital signs and arrange necessary tasks • Provide comprehensive care coordination and management, including preventive care interventions

• Deliver specific course content in an online environment • Provide instruction, support, and guidance to students • Manage the learning process and focus on students’ individual needs • Monitor student progress through learning management system • Work closely with students and parents/learning coaches • Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests • Establish and maintain positive rapport with families • Support learning coaches/parents with curricular and instructional issues

• Work in close collaboration with ID team members and other APHL staff, CDC partners and local public health laboratories • Split time supporting respiratory disease activities (70%) and HHST activities (30%) • Provide scientific and administrative support for ID program activities • Coordinate, plan, and develop meetings, trainings, and conference calls • Facilitate information and technology transfer related to infectious disease issues • Develop and disseminate information through updates and newsletters • Represent the organization in external initiatives and meetings
