• Deliver top talent by executing full-cycle recruiting for KCC hiring classes from job posting through offer, ensuring each class launches on time with the right headcount and quality. • Partner to support hiring outcomes by building trusted relationships with KCC hiring managers and HR, serving as the recruiting point of contact for pipeline health, hiring priorities, and weekly status updates. • Build and maintain talent pipelines by managing high applicant volume across KCC and corporate roles, using assessment tools and ATS filters to create a consistent pipeline, maintaining clean and accurate candidate data, and ensuring both recruiting teams are always working a high-intent candidate slate. Provide recruiting coordination support for global hiring processes as needed. • Strengthen talent tools and processes by maintaining ATS integrity, identifying workflow gaps in automation and vendor integrations, and recommending practical fixes that improve screening consistency and scalability. • Contribute to talent insights by tracking and maintaining accurate recruiting data, including screen-to-offer conversion rates, class fill rates, and no-show trends, giving the Talent team real-time visibility to improve processes and report on KCC hiring health. • Champion employer brand by collaborating with Marketing to amplify Kobie’s story and showcase the company’s mission, culture, and values. • Support engagement throughout the hiring journey by ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless, people-first process that reflects Kobie’s culture from first touch through offer.

Role Description As an Executive Recruiter at UKG, your impact is great. In this role, you will steward the process of hiring executives ranging from first level VP to C-level across our GTM and CX business units. You will be an expert at your craft comprising all aspects of an executive search including: - Research - Market mapping - Candidate generation and development - Senior client management - Complex offer negotiations - Executive onboarding You will be exceptional at influencing executive talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions. How you will lead: - Manage full lifecycle executive search for internal & external GTM & CX candidates. - Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future. - Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, interviewing and long term engagement of passive candidates. - Use data to tell a story and influence hiring decisions and strategies. - Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies. - Build pools of sales, marketing and customer experience talent, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent. - Deliver executive recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation. - Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close executive candidates. - Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members. - Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey. - Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others. - Demonstrate a growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed. Qualifications - 10+ years executive sourcing and recruiting experience within the GTM and/or CX areas of the tech industry (preferably SaaS). - Proven track record of hiring best-in-class diverse leaders. - Ability to build talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies. - Demonstrated experience and comfort partnering with and influencing senior executives. - Deep knowledge of the external technical talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability. - Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confident when working autonomously. - High business acumen & strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner. - Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene. - Possess an understanding of the SaaS industry, ideally with prior experience in a high-growth technology company.
