WeWork Reforma Latino (97001), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico Recruiting Director Responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans for one particular segment of the recruitment organization (segments such as executive, exempt, non-exempt, campus, diversity, distinct Line of Business; an alternative position would be to lead "horizontal" projects or initiatives that benefit and impact the entire recruiting organization). Leads teams with direct and indirect reports, which are responsible for identifying, sourcing, and converting candidates to fill open job opportunities. May be individual contributors managing a more complex client group General Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the recruiting team - coach, develop and mentor - Consulting and interacting with business clients - Meet/exceed Recruiting metrics (volume, quality, cost) - Strategic Planning of Recruitment strategy for business units assigned - Program Management - perform on other project teams as the data lead Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing - At least 8 years of experience in Client Management Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree - PHR, SPHR, or PMP - At Least 8 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing - At least 8 years of experience in Client Management At Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
