Role Description Manager, Global Chapter Programs is responsible for leading the ongoing development, enablement, and growth engagement strategies for PMI’s chapters globally. The role provides strategic enablement to chapters and regional teams by developing and implementing a unified approach to programs and services that drive excellent experiences for chapter member communities. It also partners with Regional Head of Communities (HOCs) to ensure consistent execution across regions, with a focus on enabling increased, meaningful engagement with stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or a related field. - Advanced degree (ex. MBA) preferred and CAE (Certified Association Executive) certification desirable. - Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels, including stakeholder engagement. - Experience in a business to consumer (B to C) environment highly desirable and experience in nonprofit management beneficial. - Experience in creating and monitoring annual work plans and budgets and meeting agreed to targets. - Demonstrated success in balancing between consistency and localization for different market and channel needs, communicating with one voice. - Team leadership experience, on a global basis preferred. - Positive track record of business results and proven ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and generate organization growth. - Proven ability to deeply understand organizational strategy and successful market development, including integration of market planning across enterprise and influencing desired outcomes. - Presentation design and executive presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to create and apply performance metrics. - Ability to work as a team member of major projects and initiatives with multi-discipline internal and external team members. - Demonstrated ability working with customers, volunteer leaders and external organizations from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a track record of positive relationships with material outcomes. - Travel 0-5%.
