People and Culture Analyst

• Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires receive the necessary information and resources while creating an engaging experience. • Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training. • Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements. • Coordinate documentation process and compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist. • Maintain People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of existing policies and processes. • Track completion of mandatory training modules and maintain accurate records of personnel training status. • Analyze training surveys, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements. • Support engagement initiatives defined by the People Strategic Management. • Analyze Annual Engagement Survey, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements. • Collaborate with Internal communication to foster People Engagement. • Oversee and implement module workflows to optimize the use of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob. • Maintain People metrics on HiBob. • Prepare periodic reports with insights and trends according to Business needs

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Assistant, People Experience or a similar role, ideally in a remote, fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems ideally HiBob, including setting, navigating and reporting.
  • Writing, organizing, and managing documentation ideally in Confluence.
  • Comfort working and building HR metrics and dashboards to support reporting and insights.
  • Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, process improvement and people approach.
