• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager People Team inquiries, providing timely, high-quality support. • Manage and resolve helpdesk requests, escalating complex issues as needed. • Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and HR administration. • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems. • Create and maintain knowledge base content, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. • Support compliance, records management, audits, and policy administration activities. • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and operational best practices. • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the employee experience.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Employee Services, Recruiting Operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting employees or candidates in a customer-facing support environment.
- Experience working with HR systems and workplace tools such as Workday, Ashby, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing employee data and documentation with accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
