Job Requirements
- Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Communication, Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as a technical writer, ideally in an IT or infrastructure environment
- Ideally: knowledge of XML, Markdown, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines and document workflows
- Experience with AI‑assisted content workflows and a strong interest in their active further development
- Structured, precise and independent way of working, with a pronounced hands‑on mentality
- Strong communication skills and willingness to cooperate, especially when conveying technical issues between IT, business units and management
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
