• Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification procedures (OVP) on medical imaging equipment • Repair, install, and calibrate medical imaging equipment • Inform supervisors of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concerns • Work with, direct, and document the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include the inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history • Build and maintain customer relationships • Perform periodic inspections of current inventory status and maintain common failure parts inventory to ensure equipment uptime • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history
Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical imaging equipment preferred
- Complex computer skills including the ability to interpret error codes, defragment hard-drives, replace power supplies, and interpret computer codes required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking applications required
- Valid drivers license required; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle
- 2 year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience required. This requirement will be waived if the applicant has received the TRIMEDX Trained Certification or completed an equivalent biomedical related certification program.

Role Description We are seeking a highly capable Estimator / Project Coordinator with experience in mechanical plumbing and/or HVAC systems. This role combines technical estimating with project coordination, requiring strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting project delivery, and ensuring all documentation, pricing, and coordination activities are executed with precision. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical plumbing and HVAC projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope of works. - Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs). - Build and maintain detailed cost breakdowns, including labour, materials, subcontractors, and equipment. - Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates. - Support project coordination activities from tender stage through to delivery. - Track project costs and assist in maintaining budgets and margin targets. - Liaise with engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies. - Assist in procurement and purchasing of materials where required. - Maintain accurate records of estimates, pricing assumptions, and project documentation. - Use Excel and estimating/software tools to manage data, pricing models, and reporting. - Identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in project documentation and proactively resolve them.
