Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
- 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience selling into banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven consultative and insights-based selling skills.
- Knowledge of digital media and financial institution offerings preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement.

Role Description Xello is looking for an Account Executive, Field Sales - California.
