Role Description The MDM Solutions Developer is responsible for developing and supporting the Master Data Management (MDM) solution that enables data-driven decision making across the organization. This role builds and maintains master data rules, workflows, data models, and integrations that help business partners reduce risk, improve data quality, and increase the usability of enterprise data. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering scalable data solutions. - Design, configure, deploy, administer, and support the MDM solution, including third-party enrichment sources across enterprise domains. - Integrate, transform, and consolidate data from disparate source systems into structures suitable for MDM solutions. - Develop and refine ingestion processes, data quality rules, transformations, matching, merging, and survivorship logic. - Participate in technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities. - Build data quality and profiling datasets to support quality assessments and reporting. - Develop and monitor processes and tools to analyze model performance and data accuracy. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and problem-solving activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, models, and datasets. - Design, develop, manage, and monitor data ingress and egress between source systems and the MDM platform. - Deliver assigned user stories and tasks within established timelines. - Utilize various programming languages and tools to query databases, create scripts, and integrate data across systems. - Ensure technical documentation and artifacts remain accurate and up to date. - Participate in architecture reviews and proof-of-concept initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data models that support analytics solutions. - Assist business stakeholders with standards, policies, and governance requirements. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior MDM Solutions Developers and business partners. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience working with master data management solutions. - Knowledge of MDM strategies, principles, and technologies. - Experience developing data movement processes, business rules, and workflows within enterprise MDM platforms, preferably Informatica IDMC. - Experience with data profiling, data modeling, and data quality tools. - Knowledge of T-SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and DAX. - Experience using source control and CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps and Git. - Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies. - Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Ability to balance urgent business priorities with long-term strategic initiatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including researching and recommending solutions. Requirements - Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric. - Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI. - Experience working within enterprise-scale data governance and data management environments. - Ability to influence and support business stakeholders in adopting data management best practices. - Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical leadership initiatives. • Designs, develops, and supports enterprise integration solutions using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP BTP services. • Builds and maintains integration flows, message mappings, and data transformations. • Collaborates closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. • Performs unit and integration testing, monitors and resolves integration issues. • Follows established SDLC and documentation standards while continuously enhancing skills.

• Actively participate in sales process and work closely with direct and channel sales teams. • Discover and understand customer requirements and align SailPoint solutions to those requirements via workshops and maturity assessment. • Present SailPoint solution, business values and competitive differences. • Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers. • Assist in developing RFI/RFP responses. • Lead evaluation workshops and Proof of Concept activities. • Provide feedback to Product Management on product enhancements. • Mentor and coach new sales and presales team members on SailPoint solution. • Provide technical leadership in sales cycles and align technical activities with sales process. • Engage senior execs and articulate business values of identity security. • Contribute to the enabling of Japan local partners. • Contribute to exhibiting at IT events in Japan.
